Breakfast and lunch made...check
Kitchen and bathroom floors mopped...check
Playroom organized...check
Toys picked up out of living room, office, and dining room...check
One more box packed up for garage sale...check
Dishes, laundry taken down from line, supper all still needing to be done.
Going to visit my Grandma after all this is said and done and relaxing with family...priceless.

Tidied up one of our bathrooms, took a long bike ride, made two homemade pizzas and am now watching the Iowa - Iowa State football game.
ReplyDeleteSon came home from college for the weekend so we spent the day visiting. I also washed his laundry and hung it on the line. It was a gorgeous day, but now it is raining.

Worked on laundry, cleaned the downstairs, took the kids outside to play, snuck in a chapter of my current book, made a cherry cake, did some painting in the basement, and took "easy street" by warming up leftovers for supper. :) It sounds like tomorrow is going to be a beautiful weather day here, so hoping to make it to church and then do something fun as a family. --Dee
